Dreams - Middlebrook

We went to the Dreams store in Horwich were we have shopped previously, however on this occasion I cannot thank the store assistant enough. The assistant Sam Bond went above and beyond any sales assistant, he was courteous, polite and great to deal with. He approached us on entering the store and asked could he help with anything. He offered us a drink, talked and advised us about mattresses, pillows and sleep match, he was very informative and knowledgeable in all aspects of Dreams products. We had called specifically for a TV bed and Sam helped with all our questions and demonstrated each product fully, so we could see how it worked, speakers and remote. He went out of his way to help us and I would not hesitate to deal with Sam again and would recommend the store to my friends and family. If anyone reads this and is shopping at Dreams in Horwich ask for Sam, you will not be disappointed with his outstanding level of service and knowledge. He is a five star assistant and again my husband and I can only say Thank You for all your help and support in getting exactly what we wanted.

We were greeted by Jonny and from the start he listened to all our requests and offered us the best product he considered would be best for us. He wasn´t pushy and he made us feel comfortable to try the mattresses (gave as pillows with protector and beds were sprayed with desinfectant, he offered us a bottle of water). He was friendly and open and even though we came only to look, he took his time to help us. We then went to see other mattresses to another store and we ended up going back to him as really happy with the products at Dreams. We ended up buying a mattress and a bed and we are grateful for the help we received as it can be quite scary to buy this items when you´ve had bad experiences. Payment was explained and made quite easy to afford and we are eagerly awaiting for our new bed and mattress.
