Anne dealt with us and was great - nothing was too much for her and she made sure we knew exactly what we were buying and for how much and that we were buying the correct mattress, pillows and bed frame She put us completely at ease and knew exactly what we required and made sure we understood what we were buying was perfect for our needs We would not think twice about visiting again

We found what we wanted, at the right price for us. The sale assistant Ann was excellent, very knowledge and extremely helpful, we placed the order there and then, with no fuss and came away highly satisfied in under one hour...

Anne the colleague at the Bolton Branch was extremely knowledgeable and understood our requirements. We had browsed online before coming in and had a good idea of what we wanted. We wanted quality frame and mattress but on a budget. Anne never once made us feel this was not achievable or tried to sell us things on the more pricier end. She showed us a few frame options that she thought would suit our needs and we tried the sleep matcher to find the best mattress for us. After choosing a mattress that was super comfortable but a little be more than what we wanted to pay, Anne offered to check in the warehouse for the same mattress but ex display that had been spruced up and cleaned for HALF the price. Really great experience. Excellent customer service and patience of a saint as we had 2 young children with us enjoying trying EVERY bed too!! Highly recommend!!

Anne who helped me in Middlebrook was excellent. She was patient knowledgeable and friendly. Also a very good saleswoman. I only wanted 1 mattress but i bought a bed pillow and expensive mattress! Please thank her for me.
