I visited your Middlebrook store, and had a look around and as soon as we wanted to to speak to a sales adviser, Dawn came over with such a friendly demeanour, we had a quick chat about the requirements that I wanted. It was so easy to pick a bed and mattress, Dawn offered constructive information and really helped find the correct mattress that I was after. It was such an easy, straightforward process accommodated by Dawn, we only came in to browse and were intending to visit a few more similar stores in Middlebrook, however due to the experience we had, we didn't need to go to any further shops. Even when i had to amend the order, Dawn straight-away sorted it out, honestly a big thanks to her and the Middlebrook team. It was one of the first shopping experiences I have had since lock-down and i must say your staff were super friendly, accommodating and practical with their hygiene policy. It must be difficult to carry out hygiene procedure especially in shops like Dreams where there is furniture but you they did it with right amount of safety without being over zealous and overly cautious which would have been to the detriment of the shopping experience.

We were served by Sheraz at the Bolton middle room dreams store. Sheraz was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and when given my history of back problems and related surgery his knowledge and customer service was second to none. We were not pressured in any way and left the store after placing an order feeling confident it will be the right mattress for us
