My husband and i were very impressed with sam in the middlebrook store , from stepping in the store we were greeted by sam he directed us to what we were loooking for . He was very informative with no pushy salesman talk, he helped us with the mattress, bed and even the pillows . We were given complimentary water and when we weren't sure that we had picked the right mattress he advised us to go on the sleepmatch and the result was that we had picked the right one . Cant wait for the bed to arrive now so we can have a good nights sleep ,thank you sam

We were greeted by Saf as soon as we walked in and shown relevant mattresses for our needs and given as much time as needed to make a decision.we also spoke to another staff member who was equally knowledgeable and friendly.the final transaction went smoothly although the mattress was expensive even with discount. we were reassured at the month's satisfaction exchange and the five year guarantee.
