The store was brilliant easily laid out social distancing was abided by, all members of staff and all the staff were wonderful Dawn took the time to understand my needs and requirements and made sure to adapt the products to best suite me, nothing was too much trouble, it was truly a easy enjoyable buying experience which you certainly don't get to say everyday :)

Peter the sales guy was very helpful and also didnt use any pressure sales techniques which I hate. He demonstrated the tv bed well and answered all our questions. He was friendly and we also had a laugh.. he offered us a drink and we also tested out for a new mattress on the machine. We will have to come back for that another time as we couldn't afford it on this visit as we are buying a new home.

The salesman Pete was very helpful and chatty throughout the visit. He offered up bottles of water and made us feel at ease. He was apologetic about the bed we ordered being out of stock.
