I was highly satisfied with the employee who served us. She is called Anne (Middlebrook store in Bolton). She was friendly and answered any questions we had. She was also able to find us a deal on the purchase.

Taylor was incredibly lovely and helpful, we came in to browse desperate to buy a new one with a fairly tight budget, we used the sleep match machine and was shown mattresses that would be suitable, we found the most comfortable one ever imaginable, Taylor was very helpful and I can’t wait for it to arrive and have the best nights sleep ever!

Very helpful member of staff (Eunice). Variety of beds to choose from. New technology to find what type of mattress would be better for me. Purchase of mattress was easy and quick to do.
