I have shopped at Dreams before and had a very good experience so I was confident that, even in these difficult times, I would find what I needed in Dreams. As soon as I entered it was clear that the store was well organised with COVID 19 in mind. The store was well sign posted so that customers could shop in safety and comfort, hand sanitiser and bottled water were available as soon as you entered. A member of staff explained how Dreams help you to determine which mattress (which I was shopping for) would best suit. I wanted to spend a while looking round and then another member of staff helped me when I had chosen. I had everything explained clearly and I was happy with the time scale for delivery. On visiting the store I located Same directly, he helped me choose a particular mattress topper I needed. He was super friendly, super knowledgeable, took lots of time to talk me through options and trying out the product. I wasn't rushed in any way, great buying experience all credit to Sam.
