When we arrived we were greeted by a new member of staff that was training, Debra. She was extremely friendly, advised us she was new and that she might need to get help if she couldn't answer our questions. Debra was really enthusiastic and made the process of choosing 4 beds for my teenage children fun and informative for them. During our visit other colleagues regularly checked how she was doing and supported her and the manager also assisted. They are a really friendly team at your Middlebrook retail park store. I would definitely return.

I said that I needed to buy a bed that was cool and comfortable. Only looked a 3 and chose one of the Tempur range which seemed to answer all my requirements
