The assistant Dawn was knowledgeable about what I was looking for, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was extremely helpful

The beds we were recommended were a great selection and we found it difficult to chose between them all. Dawn, our shopping assistant, listened to what we had to say and made great suggestions. We ended up buying a thermapur bed that was discounted and saved a lot of money on our pillows, which we were very pleased with.

Dawn helped us out from walking through the door to leaving. Good customer services and helped us pick the right mattress for the bed we have already ordered from Dreams online. She also helped out with delivery as the house isn’t yet ready so have arranged for a delivery late in September.
