The assistant was very friendly and put us under no pressure to buy. We were offered hand sanitizer and drinks and felt safe inside the store. The assistant was knowledgable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

We was approached as soon as we entered the store by a lovely lady called Gemma who then left us to have a look around without being hassled. When we were ready she was just amazing, really friendly and she Knew everything she was selling, also very confident in the products she was selling without being forceful and pushy like some sales people. We was then then joined by the Manager of the store Tony who was also great! We did not feel pressured to make the purchase and was more than happy to go with Dreams without visiting any other store Due to all of the above.
