Sam (Dreams assistant) was really friendly and knowledgeable. He remembered me straight away from my previous visit. He offered us a drink, made sure we understood our options (sleepmatch), offered us pillows as we tried different mattresses etc.

Sam was incredibly informative and helpful, to the point we didn't feel the need to look around any other stores. He greeted us quickly, offered us drinks, gave us a discount on Tempur pillows and offered us to try Sleepmates.

The assistant was very friendly and put us under no pressure to buy. We were offered hand sanitizer and drinks and felt safe inside the store. The assistant was knowledgable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
