Great explanation of products by Adam, no hard sell, just questioned what we were looking for and very patient while we decided also offered cheaper options

I was off peak. But service was good. Listened to my needs abs guided accordingly. Sam at Middlebrook store Bolton - listened, guided but didn’t HARD sell to me. V good!!

The salesperson was very attentive and went out of her way to accommodate me. She even sought help from a colleague to ensure she had checked every offer available as my budget was tight and she wanted me to have good choice and value for money

we were met by dawn who was very helpful from the start very knowledgeable, understanding and a great listener.

Our assistant Debbie was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us and understand what we needed. The store was clean and welcoming. We came out extremely happy

We were advised to use the dreams bed selector, it was set up with our details and helped us chose a mattress that was cheaper than the ones we initially looked at. In fact it didn’t recommend the more expensive mattresses at all so saved us money

We were very happy with the store at Middlebrook Bolton , the assistant Dawn was very helpful and professional we didn’t feel pressured at all .

Staff listened and really spent time trying to ensure my partner and me found the perfect mattress. It was actually a very enjoyable process. The staff were not pushy either and allowed us time to consider things
