We were welcomed into the store by Pete, who showed us the sofabeds,encouraged us to sit on the sofa while he brought us drinks of our choice, which were very welcome. He demonstrated the mechanism for converting the sofa to a bed and advised us to lie on it with a pillow. He also showed us the colour choice available. He then discussed the cost and possible finance, and option of assembly by the delivery men. He gave us a delivery date and then sorted out payment. A very good experience,thanks to Pete.

Very informative staff with fantastic service. We were asked if they would like bottles of water and refreshments on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Really impressed and ended up buying a mattress. Thank you

I purchased the bed for my mum whilst my mum was with me. My mum suffers from the dementia and Samual was amazing with us. I would like this to be fed back please

Pete (Horwich store) was very friendly and knowledgable and main the process quick and easy, we had previously looked round Bensons for Beds several times and liked the beds but hadn't found the perfect combination. Pete helped us put together the bed and the mattress that suited us and all for the right price.
