Sam was brilliant - very welcoming and ensured that we were safe at all items, recommended hand sanitiser and offered us a bottle of water, which was great as it was so hot behind the masks. He ensured that whilst we were trying mattresses he kept the same pillows for us and that each attests was clean. His product knowledge was excel,ent, knew all the specifications of each mattes and found us an ideal product within our price range. Fabulous service!
