Gemma Parker at Middlebrook 'Dreams' was amazing today, her product knowledge was impressive, she listened to our needs, gave us time to make unpressured decisions and was beyond helpful, she gave us plenty of options of products which suited our needs and no request was too much for her to fulfil, we cannot thank her enough for making this purchase stress free and a delight after we had had 6 months of false promises, lies, poor communication and poor customer service from a different company. Tony was also on hand to chat to us and offer general information and advice. Overall, this was a very positive experience, a very clean store, extremely helpful and friendly staff and a very welcoming and caring environment. Many thanks
