We walked into the store and upon waiting for a few seconds, Sam approached us in a very friendly manner and was appropriately wearing a mask. He stepped back when we needed to walk past him and was extremely helpful. We needed the full assistance to make our decision as we weren't sure what we needed. He took us through all of our choices at the different price points and we very quickly found the mattress that was perfect for us.
