Dreams had the products I was interested in on display and able to be demonstrated and tested. We were vary satisfied with the products and the time the staff (Sheraz) spent with us explaining various options

The Dreams assistant Sam welcomed us to the store and made us feel relaxed .He made us a coffee which was very nice. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us the best beds and mattress to suit our childrens needs.He let us try different pillows out and showed us the ones to suit us.He told us about the sleep match which we tried out.He made our shopping experience pleasant as he was very friendly to us.

I was attended to by Dawn at Bolton who was extremely helpfull in helping me to choose the correct mattress for me and the base that suited my purpose. She suggested using your diagnostic video which I found really good. Dawn was on hand when I needed her but was not pushy and allowed me to wander round and see all the options before placing my order. She was pleasant and cheerful. Ordering was easy and delivery dates conveniant for my needs. NO delivery charge!!!! That is a novelty these days. In all I felt safe enough whilst I was in the stor and I don't see that you could do anything more. .
