Debbie sales assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful, also she was not pushy in trying to make a sale. If there was anything she was unsure of, she went to seek advice.

We were served by Peter who listened to our (initially confused) needs and calmly sorted out our issues in an efficient and friendly manner. Whoever trained him has done a good job. We didn't intend making a purchase today but Peter was so helpful it was pointless delaying the sale any longer. Let's hope the bed and mattress live up to expectations!

Me and my boyfriend visited the store at Middlebrook, just to look at potential beds for our new home. As we entered, there was hand sanitiser and adequate social distancing measures in place. With not knowing what we wanted, the friendly assistant Saf helped us to find which mattress would be best for us using the sleepmatch machine and we found the perfect bed frame and mattress for us. We did not feel pressured to buy any products and Saf explained the different mattresses, bed frames and storage options very well. We would definitely recommend this dreams store to any of our friends and family.
