Friendly and knowledgeable staff - Sam explained our options to us and urged us to use the sleep test to find a mattress that best suited our needs. At no time were we rushed or bombarded with information we didn’t want and hadn’t asked for. Very happy with the price we paid and delivery date quoted.

On entering this store, I was approached by the assistant (debra). I explained what I needed, and she immediately knew what I had in mind and took me to the bed that was within my price range. All the prices were clearly displayed on each item. I was offered a pillow to test out the comfort of the bed. When I'd made my decision on which bed I'd chosen, I was offered a seat and a cup of coffee. The store was very clean, and plenty of staff helping other customers. Overall I was very happy with the friendly service I received.

Your assistant Debra was excellent. We had returned to the store because of a previous excellent experience when we were also served by Debra. On both occasions other members of staff also were friendly. Debra helped us by giving us information on the various options available.

The cleanliness was exceptional and I witnessed staff cleaning the mattresses. I was assisted with a very experienced young lady who was very professional and took her time to explain everything without rushing my decision
