Very helpful and friendly staff member (salesman Sam). I felt that my custom was important and valued. He was very knowledgeable about your products and helped me to find, and subsequently order, exactly what I was looking for and needed.

I booked an appointment, from walking in there was someone who came to us and stayed with us all through the process explaining all aspects of the mattresses, he wasn't pushy and when I gave my price range that wasn't an issue, excellent service with warm welcoming friendly staff.
