I went in just to look and ended up buying so saved me time shopping around.

I was very satisfied with the service quality. The colleague went the extra mile ensuring I had all the information and more in order to make my shopping experience successful. Furthermore, the assistance provided was very clear, smooth and articulated in a very polite and respectful manner. The store was very clean, and all the equipment was placed with the correct labeling ie pricing, width, height. My journey to buying my chosen bed was delightful and i would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

We arrived early on Saturday morning to your Gravesend to be immediately assisted by Michael. We explained our requirements and limitation of the room, he showed us around. He then left us to look at a few options, but he continued to look into our requirements and measured our headboards to fit into our limited space in the room. He really went above and beyond. We did visit a few other stores on Saturday, but upon returning on Sunday to finalize a mattress we where greeted by a lady who quickly remembered us from the day before and referred us to Michael who aided us choosing the correct mattress, bass and delivery slot and took payment in a kind and professional manner. Looking forward to our delivery on the 26th of July!

We visited the store three times prior to going ahead with the purchase. each time we were welcomed and assistance was offered. This is the second time in the past year that we have purchased another item. I am very happy customer.

I had visited the store on two previous occasions and spoken to the same staff member, Fran, each time. On our initial visit she advised me on the best mattress for my youngest child and pointed me towards a specific range for children and spent a long time highlighting the benefits of each. My second visit was to check delivery times and I finally ordered my product yesterday. Fran was once again there to advise and was so friendly and professional. I explained that my eldest child was anxious about letting go of her old mattress when she was distracted and Fran was very discreet when we spoke about recycling it, she never mentioned it aloud in front of my child, she pointed it out the recycling option clearly on the screen during the sales process and confirmed everything with me clearly later but I found her respectful of my daughter fears and very patient and kind. It is really because of Fran that we came into store specifically to buy a mattress, she offers a level of service you just dont get online. She explained the benefits of the bed cover clearly and although I left the shop having spent more than I intended I felt really happy that I made the right choices.

Guy served me at the Gravesend Store, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a set budget and he found the exact mattress that suited my needs, he was not pushy at all which I found encouraging especially as I have had previous experience of this in other well known Stores. We had some good discussions about beds and he answered all my questions with honesty and helpfulness. I am so pleased with my purchase and have told friends and family of my very nice experience. Thank you.

As soon as I walked in Michael asked if I needed anything. I gave him my requirements and within about 10 minutes I had a quote in my hand
