The sales person Guy was not just trying to sell us something but make sure we were getting the right mattress. We were only browsing but eventually bought a new mattress. We weren’t rushed or under any pressure and we took our time. His colleagues were also very friendly and we felt very comfortable at the store even with our two 1 year olds exploring. We were even helped to the car with our items that weren’t delivered.

I was just browsing for a new mattress and the assistant approached, she listened to me and went through my options. She was very patient with me and offered different options. The other staff were very good and I had to leave the store but I returned as soon as possible and continued. Purchased the mattress that she thought was the best for me. I can't wait for it to arrive.

We were greeted at the door and asked if we were looking or would like some assistance. This gave us the option to choose which was nice. We wanted some help so that was nice.
