The only problem I experienced was the computer being used to input my details was running slow and freezing. Fortunately we were not in a rush to be anywhere else however it did take time to resolve the problems that could have been fixed previously.

Not all the products I viewed on line were available in the store, so therefore I was not able to try all the beds selected.

Expensive compared to similar products (linen) elsewhere. Don't stock items completely compatible with our size (90x200cm) mattress.

If I am satisfied thats good enough for me, if I was unsatisfied you would know about it. Instore sales assistant Fran very good, friendly and effiicient.

We were in the store for at least 15 mins before a sales person spoke to us, we were the only customers! Didn’t offer any advice on alternative mattresses from the one we had asked about.

We chose a bed that was on display and ended up thinking that was the perfect one. we were then told it was unavailable so we left the store. an hour later my uncle convinced me to look around dreams a bit more (although i knew i had my heart set on that bed). We then went back and started looking when we were told actually the bed we originally wanted was available but may have a 4 week delivery date. In future i think this information should be checked before sending customer away as they will not always come back. I would have been happy to wait for him to look in to this and find out rather than leaving the store disheartened. Just ended up feeling like a longer process than necessary which could have be resolved sooner without wasting my time. I am happy that i manages to get the bed i wanted but just the process was slightly annoying.

There was a sale on for items over £300. One of the beds I was looking at was £299 so sale did not apply. Another bed I wanted as small double was not available in that size. In the end I just had to choose from what was available not what I wanted.

I wouldn't recommend Dreams. when the Sales Manager John said to me that I can get interest free and informed him that I have bad credit, he still proceed, as he already knew I had bad credit he should have asked me if I still wanted to go through with the sale once I had been accepted which he didn't, then added 2 £85 pillows on to take me into the £100 bracket never told me about the deliver charge. Dreams sales team are very pushy and do not care about customers only to get a sale. The deliver guys Craig and Steve were very friendly and explained very thing. I suffer with a bad back and putting this bed together for 5 hours caused more pain and I was not able to do anything the next day. So no I ma really not happy with Dreams and I have already told people not to go to Dreams as their sales staff are to pushy for a sale. No a happy experience, yes I like my bed but know I could get the same thing cheaper and also the pillows. Not a happy customer

The products were fine and so was the assistance, but the price to deliver, assemble and remove the old bed is extortionate! Also, I needed to add the removal after my purchase, but that changed the delivery date, which should not be necessary.

We selected our bed base according to the (very large) price ticket, but on placing the order were told that the item was considerably more expensive than the price shown. We wanted the item and decided to go ahead anyway, but wonder how many people are misled by your confusing and erroneous labels. I wish now we had shopped around.
