I just went into the store to buy a mattress. I was not looking for a highly satisfying experience.

For highly satisfied , i would have needed product available quicker . There was initially a problem with the headboard I wanted being out of stock and not sure when it would be available. The sales person did make some calls to find out an approx idea and this item was going to be delivered later than the bed. I have had a call since ordering to say you can deliver with the bed. Service in store was very good and the sales person very helpful and and gave us all the information required. To be highly satisfied I would have thought the information about availability would have been more readily available, product available a bit quicker and slightly cheaper

The customer care was amazing, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the staff were extremely helpful and polite, the only downside was the shop itself was under refurb so I wasn't easy to locate what I wanted to begin with but the staff quickly came to my aide

The service was very good and James the salesman was competent and was helpful and knew his product. We were buying bed products and had no reason to be to think otherwise. Highly satisfied does not mean anything in those circumstances.

The experience was as good as it could be. Everything was fine. The bed purchased, "Isabella" has no matching furniture available but the bed was perfect so we wanted to buy it and will look elsewhere for matching furniture. The only range which looked similar, the "Oklahoma" range was in the process of being discontinued and was expensive for what it was bearing in mind it will soon be unavailable. Other than that it was fine.

There is always room for improvement! Charging people for delivery has always been something I disagree with, its obvious such a large object as a bed would require delivery. However, your assistant did offer us free delivery at anytime when he realised he may lose the sale.
