Everything was fine but was not told I could of ordered and saved £40 delivery if I had ordered online. I was told the online and shop was exactly the same.

Store being rearranged as water leak meaning we couldn't get to all the displays. 3 months ago we bought 2 beds from dreams (same store) and received free pillows and free construction of the beds but this wasn't offered this time round.

I was just buying a bed for visitors. It was just something I needed to do. It didn't give me the feeling of 'High Satisfaction'

Wrong price shown then to be told not only was price wrong but the mattress was wrong too on ticket . Didn't do at £59 like ticket shown but did for £85 which was better than nothing. Product was purchased 2 days ago but smells very very damp & has made daughters bedroom smell stagnant? Shop said this is normal for a while?!

It says more about me than Dreams. I was shopping for something I had to have. I don't like shopping so I would never be highly satisfied.

I was just in and out as I knew what I wanted as I had previously brought a similar mattress. So the lady that served me only had to put it through the till. She was polite and efficient and is an asset to your company.
