To expect a customer to rate highly satisfied , is asking to much, everything was satisfactory, in our case the staff were friendly, helpful , and respectful, only to be expected in ANY shop . You should not go looking for plaudits, they should come from the customer , freely . I know this sounds a bit nitty gritty, your firm is ok , we bought our last single bed and mattress from you , and we're back for more, so don't WORRY

We all like a bargain at the end of the day, the cheaper the better hopefully the product when we have it delivered will live up to it name

I did not require delivery and as delivery is 'free' at the moment, there was a discussion with the manager about a discount. I wad not satisfied by the way this was dealt with and felt that the manager could have done mote to assist me . The sales assistant was very helpful but the manager spun me a take that I don't really believe!!!

The staff and products met my expectation. A good range of products to choose from and competent helpful staff. This is my expectation when I go to any store and results in a rating of satisfied. If you're Looking for highly satisfied as a response for meeting basic shopping expectations you need to recalibrate your customer service expectations. I was satisfied with the store but I'm dissatisfied with this survey which for me has damaged the good will established by a satisfactory store visit.

The mouse at the first pc was not working, sales person had to log on to another pc to process my order, which was quickly resolved.
