We chose a bed and we then notified that it was unavailable. We then went to another shop to look around / think. When we then went back to dreams we were then told they looked into it and it was actually available. Obviously we were very happy we could get the bed we originally had our heart set on BUT it was annoying that we wasted 40+ mins looking at competitors just to be told what we could have it - I would have rather been asked to wait 10/15 mins while they checked/called the warehouse rather that being sent away/ let leave.

The particular mattress I wanted was not available, Therefore I had to choose an alternative which was much more expensive. However, I hope it will be satisfactory once delivered and I have tried it out. The member of staff who attended to me was quite pleasant, attentive to my requirement and helped me to make my final decision.

Unfortunately we were unable to get to the store until 20mins before it was due to close, despite knowing what we wanted we had walked the whole store and sorted ourselves before any assistance was offered (there were no other customers) and then it was swiftly pointed out that they were due to close!! That said, when we were dealt with and the the following day by the same member of staff she was very helpful and pleasant....she redeemed herself!

Some of the prices per mattress were too expensive and although our assistance was very good it was a struggle to hear him as he spoke quietly
