Nothing wrong with the store per say, it’s just we were not happy having to buy a new mattress. Nothing to do with your company really.

Service was great we've always bought our beds from you , and today we bought again from you although we did go to another outlet but they didn't seem to know about the product . The only reason I didn't give full marks was because we have not had our mattress delivered yet

Because we have to wait five weeks to get the bed delivered.

Found the item i required at a good price & was able to take it home.

I believe there is always room for improvement

We had a specific product in mind, having seen it on-line, but the details were not apparent, although Frances was readily available with the advice required. The price was competitive with similar items on-line but (of course) can always be better.

Dreams was the only bed shop we visited so nothing else to compare to.

I don't give highly satisfied for any survey.

Salesman were polite and non pushy, even when we left after our first visit. When we returned the second time they welcomed us like long lost friends and never harassed us into buying but were knowledgeable and helpful of what we were looking for.
