I was very happy with the service and help provided by the staff

We were served by the manager who was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We were also helped with loading the bed etc. into our car by several colleagues. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Excellent vfm.

They employees gave me a range of products to choose from, all of which were suitable for what I was looking for. They also were extremely helpful in negotiating prices with me as I am a student who had a limited budget.

Mark was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right mattress for us. He was incredibly friendly and knew what he was talking about. We really needed our mattress by 11th April however the one we chose was not available until 28th April so he offered free delivery for this inconvenience which was very nice of him.

We was highly satisfied with our experience as the staff were very helpful in what we was looking for and price value.the store manager recommended the item that we purchased and so far we are very pleased

It was good fri staff brilliant they even helped me with putting item into vechicle .they explained collection processed card quickly.the first time I used dreams and I would definitely use you again.they discovered my needs advised me and delivered to my needs.well done to your manager at Gravesend store for all his team.the atmosphere was happy.

As a wheelchair bound customer he was fully aware of my needs and was very helpful

The young assistant at the Gravesend store (I think he was called James) was very polite and very efficient and was going on a training course the next day. We were very pleased with the quality of the headboard, especially compared to similar products at other stores, and was delighted that it was delivered to us within a week. We were telephoned that morning and given a 2 hour delivery time and it was delivered in the middle of that period. Altogether a very good shopping experience.

Bradley the sales assistant was really friendly and polite .

Plenty of choice of products I was looking for, & they were easy to find, well displayed & priced etc. The member of staff who served me was very helpful, & efficient and the price was very good. Can't fault the experience!
