I got a got bed frame for a good price . The gentleman who served me answered my questions and told me about the offers which I did not know existed . I also got three free pillows . The gentleman also took time and explained to me about other products

Sales team very helpfull..

The assistant Fran who served us was polite and took her time with us. She also let us have time to ourselves to make decisions but was available when we were ready.

My previous purchases was check on the system, this enabled my purchase to be correct size and I was informed of my choices that took the worry out of my decision. I would have liked it delivered a bit quicker, had to wait 10 days.

Fran and John, were really helpful, great welcome, listened to my need and suggested few items which suits me the best. Really happy with service and offer. Fran and John were brilliant

We was welcome by the staff and they all acted friendly. They spent the time to help what I was looking for and they didn't try and push the highly priced items onto us, they knew what we wanted and they helped us find it.

I went in with a voucher for the offer of a travel pillow. The sales assistant immediately welcomed me and invited me to take the Tempur challenge. I tested the three mattresses and then I was asked if I would like to watch the 5-minute video. I agreed. The sales assistant was very pleasant and did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase at the time, but gave me all the information I would need to make a future purchase.
