I had a bad experience elsewhere, explained my needs and what I needed to the salesman he was very helpful and understood what I needed.

the young man named JAMIE was very helpful and gave good advice without being pushy, we were offered a drink of whatever we wanted but we declined, as we were meeting friends at a cafe for coffee. there were plenty of good makes to chose from and the prices were good as there was a sale on and an extra 20% off that day

Assistant was polite, friendly and helpful with his knowledge of products

The store was quiet at the time we went and the staff member was very attentive and friendly. He was patient while we tried out the beds and helped us to process the order quickly once we had made up our mind.

James and the team were first class. He recognised us from a previous visit and was very professional

The service was very good I have bought furniture here quite a few times & always found the service & quality of furniture good. I had a problem with a damaged part once but it was sorted & replaced quickly.
