Fantastic staff in John and Frances, nothing too much trouble for them. John was a great help, very informative about everything, loved how they both helped us to choose the correct mattress for our needs. Best customer service I have received in a long time.

On trying out the mattress we were given pillows and were not rushed. the staff were happy and pleased to help. even after the sale we were informed that we can ring with any queries. nothing seemed too much bother for them.
