I am extremely satisfied with my visit to the Gravesham store. The sales lady Fran was very helpful without me feeling pressured into having buy. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.. Overall I thought it was a pleasure to be served by a friendly, welcoming member of your staff and I will be recommending my family and friends to this store. The manager was also friendly.. For me, they are a credit to the company..

As soon as I walked in the shop I was pleasantly greeted and the assistant talked to me about what I was looking for - he walked me around the store and showed me the products and assisted me in making my choices - he offered me other items but made it clear I was under no obligations to buy - I was helped by two assistants who were both very helpful and cheerful - I would definitely re-visit this store when I need anything else

I was just looking for a single bed for my daughter with no real intention of purchasing at that time . I spoke with john who introduced himself as the manager of the store and was extremely helpful with his ideas even though I explained to him that I was not going to purchase at that time . He guided me through several options that he thought might suit my daughters requirements and I felt at no time was he trying to pressure me into a sale - which I do not like - he then explained that there was a single duvet on special offer , which I subsequently purchased and based on this I will be returning to his store in order to speak with him again, and , with my daughters approval , purchase her bed and mattress. I was also offered a cup of tea which I thought was an excellent touch.

We were giving a fantastic service,the last Fran who served us was very knowledgeable on the products,explained the difference between all the mattress without being to pushy into what we should buy...we were able to take our time over our decision. Any queries we had were answered professionally. And above all the staff were all very friendly. Think you so much.

The salesman, Jamie, was very knowledgeable about the mattresses he was selling and showed us lots of different options available to us. He listened to our needs and did not pressure us into making decisions.

The gentleman that helped us went far beyond the call of duty, even lying on the bed with me when my husband wouldn't. This was to show that it didn't disturb me on my side. He did not make us feel at all embarrassed. He was also very knowledgable, even remembering a bed that my daughter had ordered a few months previously. An excellent member of staff! I'm sorry, but I do not know his name.

James, the sales assistant (or manager) was extremely good. Very knowledgeable and informative without being too attentive. Demonstrated relevant products very clearly. I was extremely impressed by him as a salesperson. On eof the best I've ever encountered. A real asset for Dreams.
