The member of staff went over and beyond to help me one of the best customer service I have ever revived

I found the customer care from the sales team highly exceptional. They were very friendly we were offered refreshments and the atmosphere was so relaxed. We were given loads of choices. The team really know their stuff.

James, the colleague who tended to our needs was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable, took plenty of time to understand our needs and at no point came across as pushy or 'salesy'. We had a fairly clear idea of what we needed but left the store after our first visit with a superior alternate suggestion and the advice to measure up to be sure. We were back the next day to happily place the order.

The staff could not have done more for us. They understood exactly what we wanted. They got the price of our bed to a level we were prepared to pay for.

WE WERE SERVED BY JAMES , WHO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL .HE HAD ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD , TO HELP US FIND EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED . WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE TO US .

The sales assistant Bradley was very knowledgeable on the items we were buying and nothing seemed too much trouble. Also the manager John and Bradley offered to help us with our items to the car a service that isn't much heard of these day's.

James was knowledgable about the products and advised the best selection of beds for what we were looking for.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were shown a variety of items of interest and we're given time to view them in more detail before making our decision. We were offered assistance with taking the product to our car.

Very knowledgable staff, very friendly & weren't rushed or pressured to buy tha product. In this day & age, thats a rareity
