Dreams - Gravesend

My shopping experience at dreams was exactly that a dream from walking in the door to meeting John who advised us on all products we asked about with great knowledge we tried out the mattresses and with johns help was able to choose the perfect one for us we will be returning to dreams to purchase our bedroom furniture to go with our new bed .

Jamie was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the items in store and the availability of what we required.

Guy, the sale representative at your Gravesend store, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The dreams colleague Fran was brilliant very helpful and friendly, she helped me to make my choice easy and with no problems I would recommend her and the store

Staff pleasant, informal, knowledgeable with no time constaints. Credit process quick and easy and dealt with by older staff member due to our assistant being under 18. Impressed with attention to legislation. Offered and accepted hot drinks which nice touch. Would have liked product to have been cheaper ( who wouldn't) but better value than local Tempur shop and accept pay for what you get. Delivery time reasonable. Overall no problems at all.
