Dreams - Gravesend

Bradley was very keen to help us.

I was really impressed with the customer service of the two sales staff when I visited Dreams in Gravesend. I am pregnant and they really looked after me through my whole experience of choosing and buying my new bed.

Frances assisted us with finding a bed (Gravesend branch). She was super friendly, helpful, informative and made our purchase go swiftly. We were tight with delivery date options. She never hesitated to check the computers for every possible option. Helping us match and pair the bedrest. Another guy also helped with measuring (I believe his name might have been John?) and he was also superb. The whole staff were friendly and not pushy with the sales! A real honest hardworking team! I will definitely come back for future purchases.

Bradley, James and Guy could not have been more helpful. We went in initially to price up daybeds and Bradley guided us in terms of mattresses and due to his helpfulness we decided to purchase more products we needed further down the line such as a king bed and mattress. We were very indecisive but he and James and Guy were so patient showing us king size frames. They could not have been more friendly and helpful and put us at ease. It really was a pleasure doing business with the .

The staff in the shop were helpful, the doorstep delivery was free and we were notified by phone on the day the delivery was made of the approximate time they would be there.

Was assisted by Jamie who was very polite and extremely helpful in choosing the right product. He had a vast knowledge of all the stock and was able to assist me with the purchase of a mattress for a bed I had recently bought in this store, he also spent a lot of time with my daughter who wanted to buy a bed, she was shown a number of different beds and mattresses and got to try them out, she will be returning to the store very soon with her partner to make a purchase. Thank you for all your assistance, it was very much appreciated.

The Assistant Bradley, was extremely helpful, showed us the fold up bed, how it worked, and then showed us the bed with bed under and how it worked, the different colours available. Was'nt fazed at all when I said we were going away to talk about it, (some other assistants in shops locally have been quite rude) When we came back to order the item, he offered us a coffee, (another assistant went and made it) a lovely gesture, and very nice it was too. He explained the system to us, read through the order confirmation, gave us time to read the t & c, then asked me to sign. Gave us a copy of the contract with our receipt, very happy.

This is the third bed we have bought from this store, we always find the staff very helpful, friendly with a good knowledge of their products.
