The manager and the assistant that looked after us was spot on with the knowledge of the beds and was so helpful through the whole visit to the store

We did not in any way feel pressurised in making a purchase, we was offered alternative options together with add ons. The staff where jovial and good humoured which always helps in my choice of where to shop.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams because the service and helpfulness of the staff was really appreciated. Explanations were given which gave us a better understanding of our purchases and it was a bonus to receive further disounts and a free gift.

The staff were very helpful and polite with an all round knowledge. Was very pleased not to be pressured into other products because the staff listened to our needs. Would highly recommend you to other people and would shop there again.

Fran was very helpful and spent a lot of time showing us different options even showing us beds that weren't on the shop floor and explaining all the types of mattresses. We are very happy with our choices and couldn't of made those choices without help.
