Popped in to have a look for a bed for my daughter before visiting other retailers. About to leave as could find nothing within my budget when sales assistant James arrived and showed us four different options we could afford. We returned home to measure our available space in the box room and after a quick call to James as arranged in store to verify that it would fit we purchased it over the phone and he managed to arrange delivery within a few days as he knew the drivers would be in the area. Not only did he obtain a sale for Dreams but delighted us with a product we could afford and had delivered quicker than we thought possible. We did not even bother to check out other retailers as James had managed to tick all of our boxes. Mr & Mrs Cogger. I trust he will recieve this great feedback for a job well done. I was surprised as I entered your store with no intention of buying just yet but was in browsing mode. Delighted with purchase. Many thanks.

Good friendly sales assistant ( James )

Bradley and John were both exceptionally helpful and couldn't do enough to help us make the decision. We initially came in store just looking to compare pricing on a few items, but ended up leaving with a whole new bedroom furniture set and a Tempur mattress after it became clear that not only did Dreams have the items we wanted, but at a price that was more than acceptable. 10/10 excellent customer service experience from start to finish and both Bradley and John deserve a large amount of praise!
