Very helpfully and very friendly

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took time out of her day to ensure I was fully appraised of my options of mattresses. My mother and I were even offered a cup of tea.

From the minute I walked into the store we was approached and reassured that there will be someone there when we need them. The staff member was Bradley, he was only 17 and had been working there for 6 months and was full of knowledge, was very friendly, calm and down to earth. He wasn't a pushy salesman, he had good sense of humour and helped me find the perfect bed for me. The main reason I returned to the store after looking at other beds/stores to get the best deal, was because of the customer service it was spot on. Thank you very much.

James was so helpful, knowledgable and all without being pushy. I was given all the time I needed to make the decision about the right bed, the right mattress firmnes. James even made me a cup of tea, whilst I contemplated my purchase. As I was on my own it was good to have someone to talk through my options and come to a decision with, who understood my needs and wasn't pushing for a sale with all the usual banter of a salesman. The other staff were friendly and helpful and they all made me feel that they had all the time in the world to spend with me. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Can't wait for my new bed to arrive now!

We were served professionally but not pressurised, good friendly atmosphere. Our only problem is we ordered the incorrect size Tempur mattress, we returned to the store once we realised this & at the time of completing this survey the query is being dealt with. We don't know the outcome of this but it does not alter the way in which we were treated on both visits.
