As a previous customer I am always happy with the level of customer service shown to me, the staff are friendly, helpful when required but never pushy which is a key factor for me

I could not have wished for better service - such care, courtesy and knowledge. It was a pleasure to shop at Dreams, especially as a mattress is such an important part of one's life. The Gravesend store really do deserve an award. Thank you.

There was a problem with the new computer system in the store and the assistant,Fran, kept us informed at all times and rang me later in the day to confirm the order had been accepted

The staff at your Gravesend store were extremely helpful especially when I desperately needed a bed for the weekend and they bent over backwards to make this happen. Guy also recommended some good value mattress covers to enable me to bring my purchases over £500 and therefore enabling me to get the interest free credit option. I also received a personal email to confirm that they were able to arrange for my bed to be delivered on Friday as requested even though the order showed next Tuesday as the delivery date which would have been too late. Will definitely shop at this store again.......even got a coffee!! Thank you
