Found our overall experience visiting the store very calm the whole team very helpful! Fast delivery staff had excellent customer service skills very polite.

Politely greeted by a friendly salesman. Informed clearly of my choices at the price I wanted to pay. Order taken quickly and prompt delivery arranged. Delivery occurred on promised day with 2 hour time slot adhered to. Delivery staff polite and friendly.

we purchased a ottoman bed base, after searching the internet we visited the store and saw immediately the bed we required and the quality, not a slatted type base. The sales assistant could not have been more helpful.

The service from John was excellent. When I explained about my back problems he was very understanding. He was very efficient and he offered me a cup of tea. I have already recommended your store to my mum as she is getting herself a new mattress and someone said to her about another store close by, but I said dreams would be better.

We were treated in a very professional way, he was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. I couldn't believe how quick we could have had our new purchase delivered.

The young man that served us was polite, knowledgeable and happy to help and was not pushy or trying to oversell in any way (which was rather refreshing). He knew his way round the store, the products and made us aware of all the options that were on offer to us.

I initially went into the store young gentle man approached me and asked if assistance was needed.once I explained my requirements he showed us what was available. He was polite and coutious with product knowledge. I asked him to write a couple of prices down and will check other stores for price comparison, to which he replied if a similar product is found then they would endeavour to price match. Once we had checked other stores we decided to come back to Dreams, as they had the product we wanted plus the young man was very nice, not trying to force or sell something we were not interested in.

the young assistant was very polite,courtious,and very,very, helpful.very smart,he should go far,and i hope he does.you dont get many staff like him in stores these days,so look after him.,shop very spacious,clean,and friendly atmosphere.
