Very helpful staff without being pushy

We were happy with the service in Dreams at Gravesend when purchasing a new mattress.

John and Fran and their team ensured that we were shown all the mattresses that matched our preferences and gave us plenty of time to choose. We could not have wanted for better service.

The sales man was very knowledgeable with all the mattress' we were looking at and explained what different products did and how they were made.

The two members of staff could not do enough for us! They helped carry our purchases to our car which we thought was very helpful and unusual these days.

Excellent service, friendly, down to earth.

friendly and approachable lady gave us information and assistance but also allowed us space to view and try out beds at our own leisure we did not feel pressured or harassed at anytime to buy a dreams product.
