The ottoman bed base was just what we were looking for,and the young man who helped us was very helpful and pleasant.I believe his name is Bradley at the Gravesend branch.

Very friendly staff who didn't put us under any pressure.

Bradley served us and could not have been nicer. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I can't believe he is just 17!

The Sales assistant let us take time to view, asked if we wanted anything and then was really helpful in helping us to make our purchase. He explained about the interest free and was very attentive and polite. In fact the whole team at Dreams Gravesend were very helpful and professional and it is why we gave you our buisness over other retailers.

We were greeted upon entering the store and shown to the lift. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Guided us to the right product for our needs at a great price and efficiently processed the order, also advised of the delivery options and services available. Excellent staff.

Fran who assisted us didn't pester just asked what we were looking for directed us and left us to find her when we were ready. She knew the products and advised us accordingly.

Sale price was excellent, we wouldn't have purchased otherwise. Our assistant (Bradley) was excellent. Nice manner, not pushy and really helpful.

The young man that served us was very polite and friendly. He took time to explain to us the different types of mattress avilable and also the pricing structure which we did find a bit confusing to follow. He made us feel very welcome and not once did we feel that he was pushing us for a sale. He gave us space and time when we needed it to think about what we wanted and then was happy to come back when we had more questions
