manager John was very helpfull finding the beds we needed, also helping with our budget.

The sales assistants were all very friendly and all offered their help, because we were buying a specialised bed the store manager took us under his wing. He showed us all the options on the Dreams website and took us through the sales process which was smooth with no issues, everything was explained.

Very welcoming staff all smiles and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about product etc.

The reason we are highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams at Gravesend, was that the staff were friendly, were not pushy, showed us different beds and more importantly left us alone to make up our minds, which mattress we would like to buy.
