I found that the store offered a wide range of products which were well displayed and accessible unlike other stores that I have visited which have been cramped and off putting. The product I choose was extremely good value and of excellent quality and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I was also very impressed with the sales ethos of the store, it was nice not to be 'pounced' on as soon as I entered the store but to be given time to pursue with the knowledge that assistance was there if required. When I needed advice the store assistant Fran was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would definitely return if I required further purchases.

Your assistant, James, was attentive without being pushy. We didn't feel as if we were being given 'the hard sell' and he answered all of our questions with knowledge of the products and patience. When my husband said he wasn't sure he could fit the mattress in our car the manager said if it doesn't fit I'll pop it my car n follow you home !! That's service !! The staff were very friendly and helpful threw a pleasure
