We decided to drop in to get an idea of cost as we'd intrnded to buy a new bed at some point this year. Guy in the store was immediately helpful but not pushy. He answered all our wuestions with expertise and made recommendations when we weren't sure. We left the store, only to return a little later and make the purchase. Again, Guy was on hand and helped us select our new bed and mattress. We were offered tea and enjoyed the informality of the experience.
