Dreams - Gravesend

I received a warm and friendly welcome into the store on a cold and wet day. I was given time to wipe my glasses dry and take notes out of my handbag I had previously made at home when selecting a range of mattresses to choose from, before the manager, John, offered his professional and knowledgeable assistance, being considerate to my choices and showed me where they were and allowed me time to try them out. I was impressed with the Dreams colour coded system which enabled ease of finding and trying similar mattresses at my leisure. I was shown other mattresses, including the new Gel Mattresses, to compare with my selection, which I would not have looked at on the website or been aware of, which really helped me in making my final decision on the mattress I wanted to sleep on. There were other customers in the store at the time and the managers assistant and we were all made to feel as important and valued. The store was lovely and clean and well laid out. It was a treat to shop there.

Very good experience

This is one of several visits to the gravesend store and have always found the staff extremely helpful and informative. Both John and Fran make you feel special and welcome which puts you at ease. No pressure to buy and lots of advice, which helps you choose more easily. In fact all my beds have been purchased there.

Very welcoming friendly and knowledgable staff. Answered all my questions and encouraged my 8 year old daughter to test the beds in the showroom to make sure she got the most comfortable for her.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff with high knowledge of the product I was looking for. He assisted us throughout the shop answering any questions

The shop assistant told me everything I needed to know about buying my sons very first bed and even appointed me to a memory foam waterproof mattress so potty training would be so stressful
