The advice from Guy was timely and informative of the product. It included an explanation on how they manufacturers pack so many springs into the matress. Aslo the advice of choosing soft/meduim over mediumas we will be putting on a slatted base.

Staff took the time to explain certain technical terms I did not understand and showed me examples of such in the products. They also asked me if I would like to consider any of their in stock, and on sale items (which were not on display but in the warehouse). They gave me plenty of time to look around without 'pestering' me. They also pointed out the Linens sale, which I'd overlooked, and which I made several purchases from thereby saving me money. The store had a large range of products in a broad price range, and displays were well laid out and attractive. I wanted a divan base only and Dreams provided more choice in this item than any of the other bed retailers I visited, where mattress-also purchase was nearly always obligatory.

There was a hitch with the delivery which was down to me not giving my new address but nothing was a problem. John was also brilliant and they ensured I had my mattress for the Easter weekend. We had previously been to the store to look at the choices available so we're fairly sure what we wanted. The assistant encouraged us to sit & lie on the bed to ensure we were making the right choice, particularly when I explained I have rheumatoid arthritis.

Staff very helpful and friendly but not pushy gave us time to Brow's but told us if we needed help they were on hand. We did not feel rushed. We found what we wanted at a reasonable price. We were offered a drink Thanks
