James was very nice and easy to talk to, knowledgeable about products, didn't rush us as we were deciding, and we even got a cup of tea!!

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store. We we given brilliant advice and were encouraged to test the mattress before we purchased. There was no pressure on us to make a decision and the sales assistant was extremely friendly. John is definitely an expert and knows his stuff. We were very impressed. The best customer service we've received in a long time.

The store manager John of Gravesend branch was very friendly, and accommodating. Both him & James were very accommodating & I got an absolute bargain! I went to two other shops & returned to this store to purchase. I'll definitely be back for another bed for spare room.
