The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time showing us all the different types of mattresses and explaining the benefits of each one. We found one that suited our needs at a reasonable price in the sale and we didn't have to wait long for it to be delivered. The delivery men were very quick and efficient too. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service from Dreams.

The staff was friendly and nice to us.The guy already knew what we want and even gave us a few good ideas.

As soon as we entered the store (130) we were met by Guy who in a friendly and relaxed way asked if we would like help. As soon as we said that we did he stayed with us the whole time asking questions to understand what we needed and showing us the whole range of options. We didn't feel at all under pressure and he made it clear that he had all the time needed for us to find the right products. Once we had made our choices he invited us to sit down at the computer, got us a hot drink each and then made the ordering procedure very easy. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you
